The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Hollywood Wax Museum. The flat-panel LCD TV and comfy beds created a cozy atmosphere after a long day of adventures. Unfortunately, we did notice an unpleasant bathroom smell, but the staff were quick to address it. Overall, it was a fun getaway with friends, and I'd consider staying again.

missingWrote a review on Aug 19elevator issues
A few issues cropped up during my stay. The elevator broke down one morning, forcing a trek down four flights of stairs, which can be challenging with luggage. The carpeting looked outdated, and there was a not-so-fun encounter with some stink bugs in the room. Also, the breakfast choices were largely unhealthy carbs with no fruit available, and it ended promptly at 9:00 a.m., leaving little flexibility.

Had an awesome time with friends! We spent a full day exploring the Great Smoky Mountains and checking out Dollywood. The flat-panel LCD TV with cable channels made our evenings cozy, and our room offered a comfy stay. Just a heads up, if you plan on returning late, parking can be a challenge, but it’s worth it for the friendly vibes!
One downside was the bathroom smell we encountered. it was quite unpleasant, but the staff did help when we brought it to their attention.
